After years of working in the fast-paced, often overwhelming environment of a franchise spa, I decided it was time to take control of my career. Opening my own business has allowed me to set my own schedule, pricing, and work environment. This has given me the freedom to build closer, one-on-one relationships with clients, fostering greater trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.
